The happiest day of my life: the day that Jesus Christ saved me, the day that I believed that He saved me, February 17, 2013. And now, ever day my life is full of hope and love. He is ever with me. He is my best friend and I love Him. All because of His grace.
I love to eat. And then I was diagnosed with a severe gluten allergy/celiac disease in 2005. I’m not going to lie, some days I would just like to grab a burger with a bun or a taco with a flour tortilla, but I do enjoy the challenge of creating gluten-free alternatives.
Baking is my passion. I love the joy that my cupcakes and cakes bring to people. I hope to share my joy with all of you.
