I was so priviledge to meet such a sweet, Christian client this week. She is such a dear lady with a heart for others. By throwing her sister-in-law to be a beautiful bridal shower, my client wanted the bride to feel welcomed into the family. She had it all set. She wanted a wedding dress cupcake cake, and this is the result. God is good! It turned out wonderful! The family was so sweet that they even invited me to the bridal shower. What a friend we have in Jesus! and what a sweet new friend I made (i.e. my client).

All the cakes where dusted with a little edible luster dust. Also, edible pearls on the wedding dress. The bride’s theme was country, so the cake boards were covered with jute and decorated to match the wedding colors.
New Flavor at the By Grace Cakes Bakery
Fresh out of the oven, a new flavor: Buttermilk Silver White Cupcakes. Gluten-free, with just a mildly sweet flavor. It always seems to work out from a sweet accident. Of course, as Christians, we know it’s by God’s grace:)

This is the cutest Hello Kitty cake! It is perfect for all ages and best of all, it is gluten-free!. Covered in buttercream rainbow ruffles, this cake is funfetti flavored and filled with candy! That’s right! It’s filled with candy! It is a pinata cake! They are so fun to do and just as fun to eat too! With a colorful candy surprise inside, candy comes spilling out when your special birthday boy or girl cuts into it. For this one, I used chewy sweet tarts. The Hello Kitty face is piped, by hand, out of buttercream.

Gluten-Free Raspberry Stuffed Bundt Cake
At By Grace Cakes bakery, we strive to deliver decadent sweets with high quality ingredients. This past summer, I was given fresh picked, organic raspberries to use in my baking, so I unsealed them today to make a raspberry stuffed, gluten-free bundt cake. This dense cake is made with wholesome gluten-free flour, our own free range eggs and Michigan raspberries. The finished cake is then dusted with powdered sugar and drizzled with white and milk chocolate. Yum!
